Stephens Public Relations can advise on and implement campaigns incorporating advertising, direct mail and electronic email communication.  We draw upon a range of expertise from external consultants and advisers that can provide strategic and creative input as and when required, enabling Stephens Public Relations to provide a truly integrated service.  The extent to which these elements are employed as part of the communication mix can be determined during the planning phase.
 
Accessible communications
At Stephens Public Relations we understand the value of creating communication that is accessible for people of all abilities including those with blindness, vision impairment and other disabilities. Stephens Public Relations is able to offer specialist consulting advice and expertise in creating communications that are accessible for all.  This can include Braille, audio or large print and the use of specialist media such as Vision Australia RPH (radio).

We can also offer advice in communicating to ethnic communities with a high population of non-English speakers or people whose second language is English, in a culturally-sensitive manner.  This can include non-English media such as ethnic newspapers, radio and television or printed collateral.
