Our services
Strategy development, campaign planning and implementation
Stephens Public Relations is experienced in devising strategies that work towards the achievement of corporate and marketing objectives. We start by taking a full brief on the client's current position and identifying where they are now and where they want to go with their communication.  We work with our clients to set achievable and realistic objectives and then develop strategic and tactical plans to meet those objectives.

Our input includes facilitating briefing meetings, developing strategic and tactical plans, setting budgets, determining measurable outcomes, creative and professional implementation of plans, monitoring and reporting on results.
Media relations and publicity
A sound media relations and publicity program is the basis of most successful public relations campaigns. At Stephens Public Relations we understand how the media works, how to meet journalists' needs and how to maximise positive media coverage.

We also understand that sometimes issues and crises can arise that require careful management, to minimise any potential negative publicity and ensure that the client's viewpoint is put forward in a way that maximises balanced and fair coverage.

Our input includes proactive, personal media liaison to achieve publicity, writing media releases, backgrounders, alerts, arranging media conferences, media monitoring and evaluation.
Corporate event management
Stephens Public Relations is experienced in the creation and management of events - whether it is a forum to facilitate business-to-business debate of an important issue, the launch of a new product or a gala dinner to commemorate a special milestone.

Our input includes planning, organising and implementing events of all sizes.
Brochures, fliers, presentation folders, newsletters, annual reports, stationery, research reports and other corporate communication tools are all important in the process of developing brand equity and communicating consistent messages.  Each has a role to play in successfully communicating the organisation's offering to its target markets.

We understand the power of the written word to persuade and influence. Stephens Public Relations' professional writing service ensures communication tools are written with flair and creativity while remaining true to our clients' key messages and brand positioning.

We also work with a range of professional graphic designers to create bold and well-designed communication pieces that properly reflect the client's brand.  We ensure our work is delivered on-time and on-budget.
Website development
Stephens Public Relations can provide a concept and writing service to assist with creation of a new website or development of an existing one.  We can work with website design professionals to ensure the client's brand values are maintained and oversee the design, population and testing phases.  We can also monitor and update a content managed website on an ongoing basis if required.
Other media
Stephens Public Relations can advise on and implement campaigns incorporating advertising, direct mail and electronic email communication.  We draw upon a range of expertise from external consultants and advisers that can provide strategic and creative input as and when required, enabling Stephens Public Relations to provide a truly integrated service.  The extent to which these elements are employed as part of the communication mix can be determined during the planning phase.
Accessible communications
At Stephens Public Relations we understand the value of creating communication that is accessible for people of all abilities including those with blindness, vision impairment and other disabilities. Stephens Public Relations is able to offer specialist consulting advice and expertise in creating communications that are accessible for all.  This can include Braille, audio or large print and the use of specialist media such as Vision Australia RPH (radio).

We can also offer advice in communicating to ethnic communities with a high population of non-English speakers or people whose second language is English, in a culturally-sensitive manner.  This can include non-English media such as ethnic newspapers, radio and television or printed collateral.
